Refund Policy

CrossPath Global operates a transparent fee and refund framework designed to be fair to both clients and the firm.
Professional fees
Professional fees are earned progressively as case work is performed. Portions of the fee corresponding to work already completed are not refundable.
Government fees
Government, embassy and third-party fees are paid to external authorities and are not refundable by CrossPath Global.
Cancellation by the client
If a client cancels before substantive work has begun, we will refund the corresponding portion of the professional fee, less an administrative charge.
Visa refusal
A visa refusal does not automatically entitle a client to a refund, provided CrossPath Global has performed the agreed scope of work.
